Hello. This is Lakshmanan Vasudevan. I am an FSSA & EREPS Level - 4 Personal Trainer, and Healthy Lifestyle Promoter; am also associated with FSSA council.

I am an Engineering Graduate but turned fitness professional, who Strongly believes that it's never too late to start living a holistic life.

I am here to help you reach your goals whether that is weight loss or muscle gain or endurance or just be a better version of yourself.

Calisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups, such as standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises.

Functional strength training involves performing work against resistance in such a manner that the improvements in strength directly enhance the performance of movements so that an individual's activities of daily living are easier to perform.

Resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the lifting of weights. It can also incorporate a variety of training techniques such as bodyweight exercises, isometrics, and plyometrics.

Sports conditioning is training the body to get ready for the training season for athletes. Sports conditioning programs will vary depending on the sport

Lakshmanan has been my personal trainer since May 2022. I was 7 months post-partum when I started training. He has helped me regain my pre- pregnancy figure and I feel a lot fitter and better in my overall well-being. I am also more toned. I have lost 7kg since starting the training. Lakshman is been training me for the past 2 months in Bodyweight training. This process is more painful mentally than physically. Lakshman breaks our hesitance and makes our muscle build. I reduced around 10-12 kgs in 2 months this may seen impossible but with a trainer like twin calisthenics Im possible. Though he is my best friend he never compromises with diet and exercise. I definitely will not recommend him to anyone bcoz I need his quality time training me. i'm selfish guys, This man has a long way to go 100.
